Over the years I have developed several visualization techniques that I use for a wide variety of areas. While I focus on money in this blog post, I could use these same techniques for creating better relationships and for feeling better as well.
Affirmations are the first part of this for me. I try to create affirmations that speak to my heart and I always ask for them to be aligned with the highest good of all. I also have found over the years that spending five to ten minutes writing out my most important affirmations on a sheet a paper really hardwires them fast into the subconscious mind. Another way I use affirmations is to record them by reading them out loud with a song playing in the background. I then burn the recording to cd and play it at night while I sleep. Here are three that I am currently using:

• I now easily, effortlessly and consistently earn over $_____ a day/week/month/year in ways that are aligned with the highest good of all.
• I now easily, effortlessly and consistently weigh under ____ pounds in ways that are aligned with the highest good of all.
• I easily, effortlessly and consistently attract the most perfect people possible to grow and expand my business.

After I play with my affirmations, I take them to the next level and spend some time imagining what my life would be like when I achieve my goals:

• What would my life be like when I easily, effortlessly and consistently earn over $____ a day/week/month/year?
• What would my life be like when I weigh under ____ pounds?
• What would my life be like when each day I attract into my life the most perfect possible people to grow and expand my business.

I also like to visualize myself as a lighthouse attracting the most perfect customers into my life (Beeing Attraction by Jan Stringer and Alan Hickman). I begin by setting the wattage and intensity of the light at 1 and raise it to a trillion. Once the lighthouse is established I set a huge energetic magnet on top of the lighthouse to magnetize the most perfect possible customers to me (people who can HUGELY benefit from my products and services) and increase the voltage on the magnet from 1 to a trillion.

Whenever I get a new order, I mentally acknowledge, leverage and amplify the energy of the order by saying to myself: “Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Multiply. Multiply. Multiply.” When I do this I feel the energy of abundance amplify, multiply and increase. Whenever I get an order from a new customer, I say to myself “Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Please send me more new customers!” When I get an order from a customer that I really like and enjoy working with, I say to myself: “Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Please send me more customers just like _________- __________.” These techniques help me to leverage and amplify the energy of the order to magnetize more abundance, prosperity and success to me.

I keep a calendar over my desk and I write down the amount of sales I make each day. I write down not only the amount of the sales each day but also the percentage of the sales versus my sales goals to help keep my subconscious mind focused on my goals. Several times a day I look at the calendar and mentally multiply each days of sales.
